What happens to a report

Corrections that cite an official Roblox page are applied first. A value that cannot be confirmed is left as it is or marked as unconfirmed, and it is never replaced with an estimate.

Where official support is

Account, purchase and moderation problems inside the experience are handled by Roblox, not by this guide. Roblox's official support is the channel that can act on them; this site can only correct what it publishes itself.
